WAN Interface Guard (OpenWRT)#

In OpenWRT, when a modem is re-initialized, netifd frequently generates duplicate "phantom" WAN interfaces (e.g. wan_4, wan_6) that spin in high-CPU retry loops.

QManager's WAN Guard monitors ubus network events, detects orphaned interfaces, and cleans them up automatically.
